Boost leaks, a tired turbo, marginal clutch, unbalanced injectors, a loaded DPF or sensors outside range. If the base vehicle is not sound, we recommend repair first.

A file that ignores software version, hardware, temperature or torque control can create smoke, surging, overboost, clutch slip or protection mode. We therefore work from that control unit's original.
